The street functioned as a simple thoroughfare rather than a destination, lacking the catalytic vision needed to kickstart planned private development and attract public investment.

Solution

We developed a comprehensive vision plan to transform the street into a pedestrian-only destination. Our team created detailed 3D models, logistical plans addressing access and loading, and a series of compelling renderings that were formally presented to city officials.

While the full pedestrianization concept was not adopted, our presentation successfully created a new investment thesis for the corridor. It served as the direct catalyst for the city to execute several major capital improvement plans and for multiple private developments to finally move forward.

We engineered an end-to-end automated data pipeline. The system ingests the city's raw data, processes it through our custom portal, and automatically generates visually digestible maps and reports for each target district.
