As a strategic partner, he synthesizes his background in construction, urban planning, and design to drive complex projects from inception to completion. He leverages detailed analysis to seamlessly integrate real estate theory with construction realities, ensuring every project achieves its highest physical, financial, and civic potential. Being deeply invested in Chicago's urban fabric, Tyler champions community-driven planning and advocacy as the Director of Development for South Loop Neighbors.
