The initiative required aligning the developer's strategic goals with the complex realities of the existing urban fabric, the city's long-term plans, and the interests of community groups and adjacent property owners.
Solution
We led a comprehensive master planning process for six distinct character areas. This involved detailed urban analysis, conceptual designs for public realm improvements, and iterative workshops with city officials, community stakeholders, and other owners to build consensus.

We developed a comprehensive vision plan to transform the street into a pedestrian-only destination. Our team created detailed 3D models, logistical plans addressing access and loading, and a series of compelling renderings that were formally presented to city officials.
